What you'll do

In this role, you will be a strategic co-pilot to the EPD, GTM, and Ops leaders, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges within the organization. You will collaborate closely with various teams to understand their needs and develop tailored people solutions that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include influencing decisions on org design and leadership, ensuring that the company maintains a high talent density.

You will also be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention, utilizing data-driven insights to inform your strategies. As a founding People Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the culture and operational effectiveness of LangChain as it scales for its next phase of growth. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the organization and its ability to deliver on its mission of making intelligent agents ubiquitous.

What we offer

LangChain offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from $160,000 to $215,000, meaningful equity, and comprehensive benefits such as health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
