Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to effectively onboard new clients and ensure they derive maximum value from the services provided. You excel in building relationships and have a knack for understanding customer needs and challenges, which allows you to proactively address issues and drive satisfaction. You are data-driven and can analyze customer usage patterns to identify opportunities for increased engagement and success. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new enterprise customers and ensuring they are set up for success with Box's platform. You will actively engage with customers to spur usage in the early stages and maintain ongoing relationships to foster high satisfaction levels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and advocate for their requirements within the organization. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or additional support. You will also track customer metrics and feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process and overall customer experience.
