What you'll do

In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. You will develop collaborative action plans that outline key milestones and work closely with clients to help them maximize the impact of their event marketing efforts. Your focus will be on understanding client needs and providing insights that drive their success with Vendelux's AI-powered platform.

You will also be responsible for onboarding new clients and providing ongoing support to ensure they are fully utilizing the features of the software. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements that align with customer needs.
