Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment — you understand the importance of building and sustaining long-term relationships with clients. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders, including Optometrists, Opticians, Office Managers, and Practice Owners, ensuring their success in using the program.

You are proficient in using tools like HubSpot, Slack, and G-suite, which allows you to manage your contacts efficiently and communicate effectively with clients. Your ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions is a key strength that you bring to the role. You are enthusiastic about helping others and are committed to representing the company's values in every interaction.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Anagram, you will be responsible for ensuring the adoption, engagement, and health of your book of business. You will work directly with client accounts to manage relationships and strategically retain and grow revenue. Your role will involve proactively reaching out to clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the necessary support to maximize their use of our platform.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is communicated effectively and that any issues are resolved promptly. Your goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and drive product adoption, ultimately contributing to the company's growth objectives. You will also be expected to track customer engagement metrics and report on the health of your accounts regularly.
