Who you are
You have a strong background in managing solution portfolios, particularly in the Financial Services sector, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in content management and collaboration tools allows you to understand the unique needs of financial institutions and how to address them effectively. You are skilled in developing repeatable workflows that enhance operational efficiency and drive user adoption. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can align product offerings with market demands and customer needs. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and improve product offerings continuously. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating the complexities of regulated industries.
Desirable
Experience with enterprise AI solutions and a deep understanding of the content lifecycle will set you apart. Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and lending operations is a plus, as is a background in working with large organizations to implement content management solutions. You are a strategic thinker who can envision the future of content management in the financial sector and drive innovation within your team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development of Box's solutions portfolio for Financial Services, focusing on creating industry-grade workflows that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with product development teams to ensure that our offerings are not only innovative but also compliant with industry regulations. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to promote our solutions, and gathering feedback from clients to refine our product offerings. You will also be responsible for setting performance metrics and analyzing the success of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes. Your role will require you to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing the strategic direction of our product portfolio.

At Box, we offer a competitive salary range of $158,500—$198,000 USD, along with equity options and comprehensive benefits.
