You have a strong background in solutions engineering, particularly within the financial services sector. Your experience includes working with business and IT leaders to develop customer-centric solutions that drive collaboration and efficiency. You understand the importance of content management and how it can transform business workflows, especially in an AI-first environment.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams ensures that you can effectively address customer needs and deliver impactful solutions. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the solutions you provide.
What you'll do
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Box, you will take ownership of crafting tailored solutions for our clients in the financial services industry. You will collaborate with various teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions that leverage our Intelligent Content Management platform. Your role will involve engaging with business and IT leaders to demonstrate the value of our offerings and how they can enhance organizational workflows.
You will be responsible for driving the technical aspects of the sales process, ensuring that our solutions align with customer needs and expectations. This includes preparing and delivering presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support throughout the sales cycle. You will also work closely with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform.
