What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Braze, you will be the main point of contact for your clients, guiding them to realize the full value of their investment in our platform. You will own client renewals and retention targets, ensuring that your customers are satisfied and engaged with our services. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on commercial strategies and provide an exceptional customer experience. Your role will involve developing shared Success Plans with clients to drive feature adoption and maximize their success with Braze. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in shaping our customer success strategies and improving our offerings.
