You are proactive in addressing customer concerns and are dedicated to fostering long-term partnerships.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at WalkMe, you will be responsible for managing the post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of customers. You will engage with clients to understand their goals and challenges, providing guidance on how to leverage WalkMe's digital adoption platform effectively. Your role will involve driving customer renewals and identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
