Who you are

You have a strong background in project management, particularly in the context of marketing and events. Your experience includes planning and executing B2B events that effectively build brand awareness and generate demand. You excel at stakeholder alignment and understand the importance of measuring ROI in marketing initiatives.

You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all aspects of an event are executed flawlessly. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Design, enables you to create cohesive and impactful marketing strategies.

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities. Your proactive approach to problem-solving ensures that you can navigate challenges effectively and keep projects on track. You are also passionate about building lasting relationships with customers and understand the role of marketing in achieving this goal.

Desirable

Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus, as it will help you leverage technology to enhance event effectiveness. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and analytics will also be beneficial in measuring the success of your initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end planning and execution of B2B events aimed at generating qualified leads for Brevo. You will work closely with the Sales team to understand regional pipeline goals and align your event strategies accordingly. Your responsibilities will include vendor management, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up to ensure that all objectives are met.

You will collaborate with the PR/Comms team to develop messaging and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. Additionally, you will partner with the Design team to create visually appealing event experiences that reflect Brevo's brand identity.

Your role will require you to analyze event performance metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve future initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and ensuring that all events are executed within financial constraints while maximizing impact.
