Who you are

You are a skilled Sales Engineer with a strong understanding of CRM technologies and a passion for helping businesses build lasting customer relationships. You have experience in sales and technical support, enabling you to effectively communicate product value to clients and assist the sales team in technical discussions. Your fluency in German allows you to engage with clients in the DACH region effectively, ensuring that their needs are met with precision and care.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with product teams to establish a feedback loop that informs product strategy. You are adept at understanding market needs and translating them into actionable insights for the sales team. Your ability to balance technical knowledge with sales acumen makes you a vital asset in driving revenue growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus primarily on closing new business opportunities within the DACH region. You will leverage your technical expertise to support the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. You will also establish a product feedback loop, gathering insights from clients to inform product development and enhancements.

You will work closely with the marketing team to understand customer needs and market trends, helping to shape the company's offerings. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for clients, showcasing the capabilities of Brevo's CRM technology. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to implementation.
