You have a strong background in technical sales, ideally with experience in software or cybersecurity products. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences sets you apart. You are familiar with the DACH region and understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents in the tech landscape. Your experience in conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations has equipped you with the skills to engage potential clients effectively. You are comfortable using AI tools to enhance your sales strategies and improve efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the sales team by acting as the technical expert for Dashlane's business product. You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the product. Your role will involve assisting with integrations and ensuring that customers have a seamless experience during the onboarding process. You will collaborate closely with the sales and customer success teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
You will also gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improvements. Your insights will help shape the future of Dashlane's offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of businesses. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor products to effectively position Dashlane in the market.
