Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional clients and partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market needs.

You are results-driven and possess a strategic mindset — you can analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies that drive business growth. Your ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements is a key asset in your sales approach.

What you'll do

As the Sales Director for the DACH region, you will lead the sales strategy and execution for Fireblocks, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and offerings that resonate with the target market.
