WHOOP is hiring a DACH Sales Senior Manager to lead wholesale expansion in the DACH region. You'll be responsible for onboarding brick & mortar retailers, marketplaces, and distributors. This role requires candidates to currently live in Germany.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the DACH region, with a strong understanding of the retail landscape. Your experience includes leading teams and driving sales strategies that result in significant growth. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. You are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in the health and fitness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with wholesale distribution channels. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and have a knack for identifying market opportunities. A background in managing cross-functional teams will help you succeed in this role.
What you'll do
As the DACH Sales Senior Manager, you will lead the expansion of WHOOP's wholesale operations in the DACH region. This involves developing and executing sales strategies to onboard brick & mortar retailers, marketplaces, and distributors effectively. You will work closely with the Global Sales team to align on goals and ensure that the onboarding process is seamless. Your role will also include analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine our approach and maximize sales potential.
You will be responsible for training and supporting your team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Regularly reporting on sales performance and adjusting strategies based on data will be key to your success. You will also collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials that resonate with our target audience, driving brand awareness and sales growth.
