You are a Sales Engineer with a strong understanding of CRM technologies and a passion for helping businesses build lasting relationships with their customers. You possess excellent communication skills in both English and French, enabling you to engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders. Your background includes experience in sales engineering or a related field, where you've successfully collaborated with sales teams to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are adept at translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients. You thrive on building relationships and are motivated by the impact your work has on customer success.
Desirable
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with CRM or marketing automation tools, is a plus. Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies will help you excel in this role. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in customer engagement strategies will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report to the Head of Sales Engineering and be responsible for driving revenue by acting as the technical bridge between Sales, Product, and the market in your region. You will engage with potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Brevo's technology can help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve preparing and delivering product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and providing insights into product capabilities. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements and drive successful outcomes. Additionally, you will gather feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring that Brevo continues to meet the evolving needs of its users.
