What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative at Malt, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, initiating the sales cycle and generating leads through structured outbound prospecting. Your mission will involve qualifying high-quality leads and ensuring a robust pipeline for the Account Executive team. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present Malt's value proposition effectively. You will collaborate closely with the Global SDR team and the Acquisition department to fuel Malt's expansion across Europe. Your role will require you to track and report on your outreach efforts, ensuring that you meet your targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge, enabling you to represent Malt confidently.
