Who you are

You have a background in corporate accounting or financial systems, which gives you a solid foundation for understanding the financial needs of our clients. Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce is essential, as you'll be using these tools to manage your customer relationships effectively. You are results-driven and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can bridge the gap between relationship management and revenue generation.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients. Your ability to identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts will be key to your success in this role. You are motivated by the challenge of retaining revenue and driving full platform adoption among your customers.

What you'll do

As a Sales Account Manager I at Brex, you will own a book of approximately 120-150 customers, serving as their strategic partner. Your primary responsibility will be to retain their revenue while driving full adoption of the Brex platform. You will identify opportunities to expand their usage of our services, ensuring they get the most value from our offerings.

You will collaborate closely with various teams within Brex to ensure that your customers' needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and to provide solutions that align with their business goals. You will also be responsible for tracking customer engagement and satisfaction metrics, using this data to inform your strategies and improve customer experiences.
