What you'll do
As a Compliance Manager at Brex, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements related to our Cards & Rewards products. You will develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices. You will provide strategic advice and guidance to internal teams, helping them understand compliance obligations and mitigate risks. You will monitor compliance activities and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies. You will represent Brex in discussions with regulatory bodies and industry groups, advocating for the company's interests. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify compliance risks and develop solutions to address them. You will stay informed about changes in regulations and assess their impact on the company's operations. You will play a key role in training employees on compliance matters and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
