Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly with enterprise clients, and have successfully led teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Your leadership style fosters a culture of collaboration and high performance, enabling your team to thrive in a competitive environment. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are skilled at analyzing customer metrics to inform strategies that enhance the customer experience. You are passionate about building relationships and ensuring that customers derive maximum value from the services provided. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executive leadership.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered platforms. You are adaptable and open to new ideas, always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes within your team. A background in sales or account management can also be beneficial, as it complements your customer success expertise.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Customer Success, you will lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers dedicated to enterprise clients. Your primary focus will be on driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion through a value-driven approach. You will implement strategies that enhance the customer journey, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align customer needs with company offerings, facilitating a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing support. Regularly reviewing customer feedback and performance metrics will be essential to your role, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
