You are a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong background in managing customer implementations. You excel at executing tight mutual action plans and driving technical implementations to ensure customers rapidly adopt and realize value from products. Your experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, positions you well to deliver a seamless onboarding experience that supports long-term customer success.
You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to ensuring that every customer launch is executed with speed and confidence. You have a knack for problem-solving and can navigate complex situations to find effective solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders allows you to build strong relationships and foster collaboration.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Manager at HockeyStack, you will play a critical role in the customer onboarding process. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure that they are set up for success with the GTM Intelligence suite. Your responsibilities will include executing mutual action plans, coordinating with technical teams for implementation, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for driving the technical aspects of the implementation process, ensuring that all integrations are completed smoothly and efficiently. Your success will be measured by the speed and effectiveness of customer launches, as well as the overall satisfaction of the customers you work with. You will also collaborate with Data Analysts to leverage insights that enhance the onboarding experience and help customers realize the full value of HockeyStack's products.
