Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, particularly in B2B environments, where you've successfully architected and optimized go-to-market strategies. Your expertise includes aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring operational rigor across marketing and sales functions. You thrive in collaborative settings and are eager to drive growth through innovative marketing solutions. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a track record of leveraging analytics to inform marketing strategies. You are passionate about creating efficient processes that enhance team performance and customer engagement. You believe in the power of storytelling in marketing and are excited to translate product value into compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.

Desirable

Experience with AI-powered platforms or financial technology is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools will help you excel in this role. A background in data analysis and reporting will be beneficial as you work to optimize marketing operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and optimizing Brex's B2B sales-led and channel-driven go-to-market engine. You will define and maintain the systems and processes that align Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Partner teams, ensuring that all functions work seamlessly together to achieve business objectives. You will collaborate closely with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve analyzing data to inform marketing strategies and drive decision-making processes. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining documentation for marketing operations processes, ensuring that best practices are shared across the organization. As a senior member of the marketing team, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
