Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs that solve complex problems. You are proficient in Figma and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every design element aligns with the overall product vision. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life. Your understanding of user needs drives your design process, allowing you to create intuitive and engaging experiences. You are passionate about design and continuously seek to improve your skills and knowledge in the field. You believe in the power of diversity and inclusion in design, and you are committed to fostering an inclusive culture within your team.
Desirable
Experience with AI-driven products or financial technology is a plus, as is familiarity with design systems and scalable design practices. You have a strong understanding of user research methodologies and can translate insights into actionable design improvements.
