You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly within enterprise environments β your experience has equipped you with the skills to lead teams that drive customer adoption and retention effectively. You understand the nuances of managing enterprise accounts and have a knack for building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Your leadership style is collaborative and empowering β you thrive on developing talent within your team, ensuring that each Customer Success Manager (CSM) is equipped to deliver exceptional service and value to clients. You are data-driven and can leverage metrics to inform strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You are passionate about creating a culture of success β you recognize the importance of celebrating wins and fostering an environment where team members feel motivated and valued. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate the value of Brex's offerings to both internal teams and external clients.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech industry or with AI-powered platforms would be a plus, as it would enhance your ability to understand and meet the unique needs of Brex's diverse customer base. Familiarity with customer success tools and methodologies will also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Customer Success, you will lead a team of CSMs dedicated to ensuring that enterprise clients derive maximum value from Brex's offerings. You will develop and implement strategies that drive customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on adoption and retention metrics.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service enhancements. Your role will involve regular interaction with enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that your team is equipped to meet those needs effectively.
You will be responsible for setting performance goals for your team and conducting regular reviews to ensure that targets are met. Additionally, you will mentor and coach your team members, providing them with the resources and support they need to excel in their roles.
