You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly within enterprise environments — your experience has equipped you with the skills to lead teams effectively and drive customer satisfaction. You understand the nuances of enterprise customer needs and have successfully implemented strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention.

Your leadership style is collaborative and empowering — you thrive on developing talent within your team, ensuring that each Customer Success Manager (CSM) is equipped to deliver exceptional service. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your strategies and decisions, and you have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

You are passionate about customer experience and understand the importance of building strong relationships — your communication skills allow you to connect with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that customer feedback is heard and acted upon. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on customer success.

Desirable

Experience in a technology or financial services company would be a plus — familiarity with AI-powered platforms or spend management solutions can give you an edge in understanding Brex's offerings. A background in sales or account management can also be beneficial, as it complements the customer success role by aligning customer needs with business objectives.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Customer Success, you will lead a team of CSMs dedicated to ensuring that enterprise clients derive maximum value from Brex's offerings. You will develop and implement strategies that drive customer adoption and retention, focusing on delivering a seamless and value-driven experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to advocate for customer needs and ensure that their feedback informs product development. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for expansion, allowing your team to proactively address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed. Regular performance reviews and feedback sessions will be part of your approach to fostering a high-performing culture within the team.
