Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing web infrastructure across multiple sites. Your expertise includes overseeing content management systems (CMS) and ensuring web performance is optimized for user engagement and growth. You are familiar with analytics tools and can derive actionable insights from data to inform marketing strategies. You understand the importance of accessibility and compliance in digital marketing and are committed to maintaining high standards in these areas. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing, communications, and digital media teams to achieve common goals. You are a problem solver who enjoys pushing boundaries and exploring innovative approaches to digital marketing challenges.

Desirable

Experience with vendor and agency management is a plus, as you will be responsible for overseeing partnerships that enhance our digital capabilities. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and SEO best practices will help you drive effective marketing campaigns. A background in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry can provide valuable context for your work, but we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve the multi-site roadmap, which includes architecture, redesigns, upgrades, and strategic rollouts for our brand, corporate, and disease awareness websites. You will collaborate with various teams to define and drive the digital marketing strategy, leveraging your knowledge of web performance platforms and analytics tools to inform decision-making. Your responsibilities will also include managing vendor and agency partners to implement a growing suite of digital marketing tools, ensuring that our online presence aligns with our mission to develop life-changing medicines for patients with unmet needs. You will be instrumental in pushing the boundaries of what is possible in digital marketing within the biotech sector, helping to redefine how we communicate our advancements and engage with our audience.
