BridgeBio is seeking an Associate Director, Marketing - HCP to lead the development and commercialization of key assets. Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing, particularly within the healthcare or biopharma sectors, with a proven track record of leading successful product launches. Your experience spans at least 5 years, during which you've developed a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in marketing initiatives. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can adapt quickly to changing circumstances, making you an asset in fast-paced settings. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and you are skilled at translating complex scientific concepts into compelling marketing messages that resonate with healthcare professionals.

Desirable

Experience in rare diseases or specialty pharmaceuticals is a plus, as is familiarity with market access strategies and regulatory considerations. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to leverage market insights and data to inform your marketing strategies. A background in digital marketing and familiarity with various marketing channels will enhance your ability to reach and engage target audiences effectively.

What you'll do

As the Associate Director, Marketing - HCP, you will play a pivotal role in the commercialization of BBP-418, leading the development and execution of marketing tactics that support its launch. You will collaborate with Market Insights, Market Access, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs teams to create integrated marketing plans that align with overall business objectives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the creation of promotional materials, developing training programs for sales teams, and ensuring that all marketing efforts comply with regulatory guidelines. You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the marketing team, as you guide your colleagues in executing successful marketing strategies.
