Who you are
You have a proven track record in marketing, particularly within the biopharma or healthcare sectors, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a knack for driving cross-functional initiatives that align with commercial goals. Your ability to think strategically while executing tactically sets you apart, and you are comfortable navigating complex regulatory landscapes. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. You are passionate about patient engagement and understand the importance of delivering value to patients with unmet needs. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment, always keeping the end goal in sight.
Desirable
Experience in product launches within the biopharma industry is a plus. Familiarity with market insights and access strategies will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team. A background in working with regulatory and medical affairs teams will also be beneficial.
What you'll do
As the Associate Director, Marketing - Patient, you will play a pivotal role in the commercialization of key assets, particularly focusing on the launch of encaleret/BBP-418. You will lead the development and execution of marketing tactics that support patient engagement and ensure alignment across various functions, including Market Insights, Market Access, and Regulatory. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product teams to create integrated commercial plans that resonate with patients and healthcare providers alike. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends and patient needs to inform your strategies, ensuring that the marketing efforts are both innovative and effective. You will also oversee the execution of campaigns, measuring their impact and adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize reach and engagement.
