Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing, particularly within the biopharma sector, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies that align with product launches. Your ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Market Insights, Market Access, and Medical Affairs is essential. You are comfortable navigating complex regulatory landscapes and understand the nuances of patient marketing. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate strategies effectively to diverse stakeholders. You are results-driven and have a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients with unmet needs.

Desirable

Experience in launching products in the rare disease space is a plus. Familiarity with market research methodologies and data analysis will enhance your ability to make informed decisions. A background in digital marketing strategies and tools will be beneficial as you develop and execute marketing tactics. You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on market feedback and insights.

What you'll do

As the Associate Director of Patient Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the commercial launch of encaleret. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in the U.S. market. Your role will involve creating integrated commercial plans that resonate with patients and healthcare providers alike. You will be responsible for overseeing the tactical execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring they are on-brand and meet regulatory requirements. You will analyze market trends and patient insights to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts. Your leadership will guide the marketing team in executing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of encaleret to patients and stakeholders. You will also monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
