Who you are
You are a highly technical, strategic IT partner with a strong background in managing IT solutions for People, Legal, and Corporate Communications functions. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your technical expertise to drive innovation and efficiency. Your experience includes hands-on technical ownership and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans. You are comfortable making technical and vendor decisions and have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
You possess a deep understanding of platform architecture and stewardship, with experience in vendor technical oversight and change/release management. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop a 12–36 month technology and AI roadmap that aligns with organizational priorities. You are adept at navigating the complexities of IT solutions in a fast-paced environment and are committed to empowering teams to solve problems effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with People Operations, Legal Operations, and Corporate Communications to provide comprehensive IT solutions. You will own the technical architecture and delivery plans, ensuring that all initiatives align with the broader organizational strategy. Your responsibilities will include overseeing vendor relationships, managing production support, and ensuring that all technical solutions are scalable and sustainable.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the IT landscape. Your role will involve translating business needs into technical specifications and ensuring that all projects are executed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of IT systems and making recommendations for enhancements as needed.
