What you'll do
As the Director, Strategic People Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to leaders within the Engineering and Product teams. Your role will involve aligning people initiatives with key business objectives, ensuring that the workforce is engaged and compliant with regulations. You will provide exceptional support to employees and leaders, helping to create a culture of high performance and collaboration. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's growth and mission.
