Who you are
You are a hands-on leader with a proven track record in IT Business Systems, capable of bridging the gap between technical execution and business strategy. With experience in optimizing core business systems, you understand the importance of aligning technology with go-to-market and operational efficiency priorities. You thrive in environments where you can communicate effectively with stakeholders while managing day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of business systems.
You have a deep understanding of Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, and Marketo, and you are skilled in applying AI-enabled tools and intelligent automation to enhance productivity and data quality. Your hands-on approach allows you to remain close to configuration, integrations, and data flows, ensuring system reliability and performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will translate company and functional priorities into an executable business systems roadmap, driving disciplined delivery against it. You will own the execution and optimization of the business systems technical stack, focusing on enhancing workflows related to Lead-to-Opportunity, Quote-to-Cash, and Customer Success. Your leadership will ensure that the systems empower teams to operate efficiently and effectively.
You will act as a hands-on leader, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system reliability while collaborating closely with IT leadership and functional stakeholders. Your ability to communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs will be essential in aligning technical execution with business objectives. You will also explore opportunities to implement intelligent automation to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
