What you'll do
As the Associate Director, IT Medical Affairs Lead, you will develop and own the Medical Affairs IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. You will work closely with global Medical Affairs teams to identify their technology needs and implement solutions that enhance their capabilities. Your role will involve overseeing the integration of analytics and AI into Medical Affairs processes, driving data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that technology initiatives are aligned with the goals of the organization. This includes working with IT teams to implement systems that support scientific engagement and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of these systems and making recommendations for improvements.
In addition, you will lead efforts to educate and train Medical Affairs teams on new technologies and data strategies, ensuring they are equipped to leverage these tools effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
