What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at BrightEdge, you will be responsible for managing relationships with leading digital marketing agencies. You will work closely with their SEO and Content teams to ensure they are effectively utilizing BrightEdge's platform to meet their strategic goals. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, providing training on the platform, and offering ongoing support to maximize their success. You will analyze client performance data and provide actionable insights to help them optimize their content marketing strategies. You will also collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements. Your mission is to drive client satisfaction and retention by ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with BrightEdge technology.
