What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Cision, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Agency business across a diverse range of accounts. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the maximum value from our products. You will work closely with clients to drive product adoption, helping them achieve their business objectives through effective use of our AI-driven consumer intelligence and social media tools.
You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, presenting intelligent commercial solutions that align with client needs. Your role will involve regular check-ins and strategic discussions with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success. You will collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements, ensuring that our offerings continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
