You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in financial services or technology sectors. Your ability to build deep, trust-based relationships with clients sets you apart, and you understand the importance of customer experience in driving business growth. You are skilled in translating customer needs into actionable insights that can improve products and services. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, Sales, Legal, and Finance. You are metrics-driven, with a focus on optimizing key customer metrics such as NPS and retention rates. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the digital transformation of private markets.
What you'll do
As a Key Account Manager at bunch, you will serve as the strategic point of contact for fund managers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience across all touchpoints.
