Businessolver is seeking a Configuration Specialist to ensure data integrity and accuracy in benefits technology. You'll work remotely across the contiguous 48 states, focusing on system configuration and process documentation.

What you'll do
In this role, you will participate in all raw materials review and validation, ensuring that the system configuration aligns with the requirements documentation. You will support and follow key work process flows for Annual Enrollment, New Services Implementation, as well as Acquisitions and Divestitures system build requirements. Your responsibilities will include completing self-QA on all system build work and establishing global process documentation while reporting any discrepancies.
You will engage in daily touch-bases with necessary internal partners associated with current projects or tasks, maintaining clear communication and collaboration. Your role will be pivotal in accurately maintaining capacity and productivity measurements, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team. You will be expected to uphold Businessolver's service-oriented culture, ensuring client delight through your meticulous work.
