Overview

Businessolver is hiring a VP Client Consulting to drive client relationships and strategic alignment. You'll work closely with clients to ensure their business objectives are met and maximize the value delivered. This role requires extensive experience in client consulting and relationship management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in client consulting, ideally with experience at the VP or SVP level, where you've successfully managed relationships with senior directors and above. Your ability to understand and align with clients' business objectives makes you a trusted advisor, and you excel in conducting regular meetings to ensure strategic alignment. You are skilled in executing consultative sales strategies that create value for clients and drive long-term customer retention.

Your experience includes managing client relationships through the up/cross-sell and renewal life cycles, ensuring that clients are aware of new services and processes that can benefit them. You have a proven track record of generating and fostering opportunities from prospect to client, contributing to the growth of market share for your organization. You thrive in a service-oriented culture and are committed to delivering complete client delight.

What you'll do

In this role, you will deeply understand our customers' business objectives and become a trusted advisor, conducting regular meetings with clients to ensure alignment and review strategic objectives. You will execute a consultative sales strategy that creates value for our clients and ensures system optimization and usage of services. Your focus will be on driving strategic alignment and a proactive renewal strategy that aligns with both customers' and Businessolver's business objectives.

You will manage client relationships at the Sr. Director level and above, where decisions are made, and assist with best practices to maximize value delivered to the customer. Your responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities that align with clients' objectives and ensuring that the services provided meet their needs effectively. You will play a crucial role in fostering long-term relationships that contribute to the overall success of Businessolver.
