Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, ideally within the benefits consulting or HR technology space. You excel at building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your analytical skills allow you to assess client needs and recommend best practices effectively. You are a proactive communicator, able to convey the value of services and solutions to various stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive integration efforts. Your experience includes leading projects and managing operational challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring that their elected coverages are effectively administered. You will lead integration efforts for new coverages and vendor partnerships, acting as the primary facilitator for these initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing client needs and recommending strategies that maximize their benefits program investment while minimizing risk exposure. You will communicate the value and impact of elected coverages to clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and engagement. Additionally, you will resolve administrative and operational issues, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and partners alike. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you work to enhance client satisfaction and drive program success.
