Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service. You thrive in a client-facing role and are passionate about ensuring that clients receive the highest quality experience. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively liaise between clients and production teams. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of maintaining comprehensive client documentation and facilitating training sessions for new client administrators. You are proactive in seeking out educational opportunities to stay updated on product releases and system functionality, ensuring that you can provide clients with the most relevant information.
Desirable
Experience in the benefits technology sector or a similar field would be a plus. Familiarity with SaaS platforms and client engagement strategies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can manage your time effectively to meet client needs.
What you'll do
As the Senior Client Services Lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their goals and objectives are understood and met. You will manage and facilitate client calls, providing updates and addressing any concerns they may have. Your role will involve educating clients on product updates and functionalities, collaborating closely with the Client Success Leader as needed. You will maintain all client documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, to ensure consistency and clarity in service delivery. Additionally, you will engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge of the products and services offered by Businessolver.
