You have a strong background in customer service, ideally with experience in benefits administration or a related field. You understand the importance of providing clear and accurate information to clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage with callers in a friendly and professional manner. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing multiple inquiries efficiently. You are detail-oriented and take pride in documenting interactions accurately to maintain compliance and improve service delivery.
What you'll do
As a Senior Member Services Advocate, you will be the first point of contact for clients reaching out with questions about their Health Spending Accounts, COBRA, and other related programs. You will handle inbound calls with a positive attitude, ensuring that each caller receives the assistance they need. Your role will involve guiding clients through enrollment processes, answering inquiries, and providing information about their benefits options. You will document call details meticulously, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing the client experience by identifying common issues and suggesting improvements to processes.
