What you'll do
As a Senior Advisor of Member Services, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with assigned member accounts β your expertise will help members communicate and execute key milestones effectively. You will be responsible for onboarding and training on our platforms, ensuring that members are fully integrated into the appropriate industry-specific sub-teams. You will conduct thorough assessments of members' business strategies, goals, and challenges, delivering initial roadmaps that align our solutions with their priorities.
