Overview

Businessolver is hiring a Revenue Marketing Manager to support and execute demand generation and ABM programs. You'll develop integrated marketing campaigns targeting key buyer personas and market segments. This position requires experience in marketing operations and demand generation.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing with a focus on demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) — you've successfully executed integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and engage key buyer personas. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with sales, marketing SMEs, and revenue operations teams to achieve common goals.

You are results-driven and creative, always looking for innovative ways to optimize conversion paths and funnel performance — your experience includes managing inbound and outbound marketing programs, including email nurtures, paid digital campaigns, and webinars. You understand the importance of data in making informed marketing decisions and are comfortable analyzing campaign performance metrics to refine strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will execute integrated demand generation campaigns aimed at driving qualified leads and supporting pipeline goals — you will partner closely with sales and business development teams to develop and deploy ABM programs tailored for targeted accounts. Your responsibilities will include managing campaign setup, deployment, optimization, and reporting across various channels.

You will support the development of nurture programs designed to guide prospects through the buyer journey, ensuring that each touchpoint is engaging and effective. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, contributing to the overall success of Businessolver's marketing strategy.
