Who you are
You have a strong background in revenue marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in planning and executing integrated campaigns that drive qualified leads and pipeline. You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, demonstrating a hands-on approach to campaign marketing. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Brand teams ensures that every program delivers measurable commercial impact. You are data-driven and understand how to leverage analytics to optimize marketing efforts and influence pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in a digital product company or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems will enhance your ability to execute campaigns effectively. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration.
What you'll do
As a Senior Revenue Marketing Manager at Paddle, you will take ownership of integrated, full-funnel campaigns targeting key ideal customer profiles and segments. Your role will involve planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns that create and accelerate leads and pipeline for our upper SMB, Mid Market, and Strategic segments. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with sales objectives and contribute to Paddle's overall growth strategy. Your efforts will directly influence the company's revenue outcomes, making your role critical to our success.
You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to refine strategies and improve results. By collaborating with the Sales team, you will ensure that marketing efforts are effectively supporting sales initiatives and driving qualified leads. Your ability to communicate insights and recommendations will be key in shaping future marketing strategies.
