Businessolver is seeking a Temporary Project Manager to support their Dependent Verification Audit team. You'll be responsible for defining project objectives, managing timelines, and resolving conflicts. This role is remote and expected to last 2-3 months.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in project management and are adept at defining and communicating project objectives. You understand the importance of creating relevant project plans and applying risk management methodologies to ensure project success. You are skilled at resolving conflicts and addressing schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and project risks effectively.
You are comfortable using project management software to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones. Your communication skills allow you to convey project expectations and progress clearly and promptly to clients, team members, and leadership. You have a knack for delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
What you'll do
As a Temporary Project Manager at Businessolver, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones. You will communicate project expectations and progress clearly to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve assessing and managing risks related to schedule changes and identifying and resolving issues within the project team.
You will manage project dependencies and critical paths, tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure that the project stays on track. Developing comprehensive project plans and communication documents will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will organizing and planning the project team's activities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
