Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the consumer accounts sector, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets. Your expertise includes knowledge of consumer spending accounts such as FSA, HSA, and commuter benefits, which allows you to effectively communicate the value of Businessolver's MyChoice Accounts (MCA) platform to potential clients. You excel at building relationships with brokers and advisors, leveraging your existing networks to penetrate organizations with large employee bases. Your ability to manage the full sales cycleβfrom sourcing qualified leads to closing high-value dealsβsets you apart as a market sales leader.
You are results-driven and possess a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in the benefits technology space. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage effectively with clients and partners, ensuring that you can articulate the unique features and benefits of the MCA platform. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by the challenge of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales goals.
Desirable
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in employee benefits technology. You are comfortable working remotely and can adapt to the needs of a dynamic sales environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for Businessolver's consumer accounts. You will engage with potential clients, demonstrating the capabilities of the MCA platform and highlighting its unique features tailored for spending accounts. Building strategic relationships with channel partners, such as brokers and advisors, will be a key focus as you work to expand the client portfolio. You will manage the entire sales process, from identifying and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with product offerings, ensuring that client needs are met with innovative solutions. Your insights into the competitive landscape will inform your approach, allowing you to position Businessolver effectively against competitors. You will also track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on progress towards sales goals.
