Who you are
You have extensive experience in workforce management, ideally with a focus on support operations. You understand the intricacies of forecasting, staffing, and scheduling to meet variable demand across channels. Your leadership style emphasizes coaching and mentorship, enabling your team to deliver high-quality forecasts and staffing plans. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business priorities into actionable workforce strategies. You thrive in a remote work environment, effectively managing a distributed team while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance workforce models and processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end workforce strategy for the Support teams at SeatGeek. This includes forecasting, modeling, staffing, and scheduling to ensure that the right resources are in place to meet the needs of fans, brokers, and clients. You will lead and develop a team of workforce analysts and specialists, providing them with clear priorities and support to achieve high-quality outcomes. You will create and maintain workforce models for both internal and outsourced teams, working closely with Finance and Marketplace Operations leadership to align hiring and resourcing with business objectives. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with operational standards and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
