Who you are
You are a detail-oriented and data-driven Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in statistical concepts and causal inference techniques. You have experience collaborating with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Analysts, and Applied Scientists to drive measurable results. Your expertise in SQL and Python allows you to make informed decisions and execute tasks independently, ensuring the success of your projects.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to enhance the performance and efficiency of AI-driven marketing products. Your ability to apply advanced scientific techniques, such as Bayesian inference and predictive modeling, enables you to identify trends and develop algorithms that significantly impact customer KPIs.
Desirable
Experience with experimentation projects, including scoping, test design, implementation, measurement, and insights delivery is a plus. Familiarity with quasi-experimental techniques and hypothesis testing will further enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead scientific domains in experimentation projects, guiding the team from scoping through to insights delivery. You will apply statistical analysis and rigorous evaluation methods to draw actionable conclusions from experiments. Your work will directly influence the product roadmap and drive significant impact for Sojern's marketing platform.
You will collaborate across functional teams to enhance the performance and delivery of Sojern's AI-powered marketing products. Your insights will help shape product features and improve customer experiences.
