You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within the tech or enterprise software industry β you've successfully led teams and driven customer engagement strategies that enhance retention and satisfaction. Your leadership style balances strategic thinking with empathy, allowing you to connect with both your team and customers effectively.
You understand the intricacies of process orchestration and automation β your experience enables you to guide your team in helping enterprise customers achieve meaningful business outcomes. What you'll do
As the Manager of Customer Success at Camunda, you will lead a passionate team of Customer Success Managers who are dedicated to helping enterprise customers navigate their journey with our automation solutions. You will be responsible for shaping the customer success strategy, focusing on retention and expansion through strong partnerships with our clients.
