You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within a SaaS environment, where you've developed strong relationships with clients and helped them achieve their goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with both executive stakeholders and tactical teams is key to your success. You understand the importance of driving customer satisfaction and retention, and you are passionate about helping customers realize the full value of the products they use.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable collaborating with various internal teams, including Sales and Product, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your analytical mindset allows you to track key metrics such as churn and retention rates, and you are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes for your customers. You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on customer feedback and changing needs.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Amper, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes with our platform. You will focus on driving adoption and long-term retention by developing trusted relationships with clients. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Sales and Product teams to help customers scale their success, whether through expansion at their current site or multi-site rollouts. You will also be responsible for generating Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) for multi-site expansion opportunities, making your contributions critical to the company's growth.
You will own key metrics such as churn and gross retention rate (GRR), and your insights will help shape the future of our product and processes. Your ability to surface valuable feedback from customers will be essential in continuously improving our offerings. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers not only use our platform but also derive significant value from it, ultimately driving their success and satisfaction.
What we offer
Amper provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and unlimited paid time off. We also offer early-stage stock option equity, allowing you to share in the company's success as we grow. The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, with additional annual incentive potential of $15,000 to $35,000 at plan.
