Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Your ability to build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with customers is paramount, ensuring they achieve their business goals and derive maximum value from the products. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate product benefits effectively and provide proactive support. You are adept at analyzing customer health metrics and driving improvements in retention and satisfaction. Your experience in leveraging customer feedback to inform product development is a key asset.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Tenable, you will execute foundational customer success strategies that focus on customer satisfaction and product adoption. You will work closely with assigned customers to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring they are satisfied with Tenable’s offerings. Your role will involve providing proactive support, driving measurable outcomes such as improved customer health, retention, and expansion. You will leverage your understanding of Tenable’s product suite to deliver value-driven solutions and ensure successful adoption and utilization of the products. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
