Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in cloud computing and open-source technologies, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing solutions using OpenStack and Kubernetes. Your expertise in Python allows you to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency. You are passionate about the telco industry and understand the shift towards software-defined services, particularly in the context of 5G and beyond.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can match customer requirements with advanced capabilities in the VNF/CNF/NFVi/NFVO/VNFM/VIM/MEC space. Your experience includes providing technical pre-sales consulting to service provider teams, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet specific needs. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with customers to help them understand and operate advanced infrastructure.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead customers through the design and delivery of OpenStack and Kubernetes solutions, ensuring that they are equipped to embrace the new world of telco innovation. You will deploy cloud solutions for customers, utilizing tools such as MAAS and Ceph, and demonstrate advanced Infrastructure as Code (IaC) techniques relevant to telco automation.

You will also investigate, report, and fix software defects uncovered during customer deployments, ensuring that solutions are robust and reliable. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation as you stay updated with the latest advancements in open-source technologies and cloud computing.
